From Auckland Allow about an hour. The turn off to the forest is on the right 2 km past the Maramarua Golf Club on State Highway 2. The signs and arrows will start here. (turn right into Kopuku Road, then follow the arrows and signs till you turn left on to Schumacker Road. Yep it is confusing. Several crew members have been lost getting here. There are lots of roads that look right so watch the arrows.

Its that time again, the DRD and Honda Hamilton Two Man Easy Ride 3 Hour Teams X Country. Ride as a team using your own bikes, ride the 2½ Hr Solo if you have no friends.
The Senior 3 Hr starts at Midday. A 9:30 am the Junior (Up to 13 Yrs old) and Rookie Ladies get to race a 1½ very easy X Country race with Solos doing only 1 Hr.
Super fun people. If you can trail ride then you can race the Two Man. Your best two rides from the three will accumulate points for the prize giving at the final round. Trophies to 3rd in each class
This is an introductory event for beginners and a great shake down for Experts.
