If you want to print your own entry form and fill in before the day then please be my guest.

The perfect thing would be if you could print double-sided so that the disclaimer is on the back.... but, if you can't, and turn up with TWO pieces of paper (entry form & disclaimer)... well, it will make you look like a turkey... but we'll cope :-)
Don't feel stressed about cutting the page(s) down to two A5 entry forms if you can't be bothered... that's something we can easily do on the day.
